- No power at allWe trace the charging circuit from the barrel or USB-C port inward: input protection, the charger IC, then the rails that must come up in order before anything else runs.
- Powers on, no displayBacklight circuit, panel rail, the display cable or the GPU side of the board. Measuring separates a dead panel from a dead board instead of swapping parts to find out.
- Charging port damageLoose or torn USB-C and barrel jacks, with pads lifted underneath. The connector is replaced and the pads rebuilt so the repair survives being plugged in daily.
- Dead or damaged screenCracked panels, backlight failure and hinge-worn cables. We confirm the board is driving the panel correctly before a panel is ordered.
- Keyboard and trackpad failureLiquid damage on the keyboard connector or its controller line. Cleaning and repairing the corroded circuit often beats replacing the whole top case.

2 days on the fault we repaired are included free. You can extend cover on that fault to 5, 10, 30 or 90 days, or take extended cover on the whole device for up to a year. You pick the term when you pay, so a machine you rely on daily can carry longer cover than a spare.
