Opening hours are listed on this page and on the contact page: weekdays and Saturday, with Sunday closed. If you are driving up from Beirut or further, open a repair request first so we know a device is expected that day.
Al Mada 1 St, Bloc I Bldg, right-hand ground floor, Tilal Ain Saadeh, Metn. Coming up from Beirut through Mansourieh or Ain Saadeh village, it is on the main street, and the entrance is at ground level on the right of the building rather than up any stairs.
A drop-off takes a few minutes: we photograph the device with you there, log it into the queue, and give you the request number. You can then follow its stage from your phone on the queue page.
The device, the power cable or charger that goes with it, and the request number from your repair request. Leave monitors, controllers and peripherals at home unless the fault involves them. You do not need to bring your account password: board-level diagnosis does not require access to your data.
Put a bare card or board in an antistatic bag first, then into a box with foam or bubble wrap on all six sides so nothing moves when you shake it. Include the charger for a laptop or the power cable for a console. Book a courier pickup in the repair request and it is collected from your address.
We message you when it is repaired, tested and photographed. Collect it here during opening hours, or ask us to send it back by courier to your address anywhere in Lebanon. Either way the repair report, with photos and measurements, stays in your portal for as long as you have the account.
