Terms of Sale

The seller is GPU Doctor, Tilal Ain Saadeh, Metn, Lebanon. Your order is an offer to buy; the contract is made when we confirm the order by email, with a private link to its page. Keep that email: it is your proof of purchase.

• New products are sold as supplied by the manufacturer or distributor, with the manufacturer's warranty.
• Used products are tested before they are listed. Their condition and any known defect are stated on the product page, and that description is part of the sale. They carry 7 days of warranty from delivery, as the Warranty sets out.
• Specifications come from the manufacturer. Photos show the product, but packaging, labels and revisions can differ slightly from the unit you receive.

Prices are in US dollars. Nothing is added at checkout except delivery, which is shown before you pay: the total on the checkout page is the total you pay.

If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, we tell you before shipping: you can buy it at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.

• You give a working email address and phone number; we may ask you to verify them.
• We limit how many orders one email, phone number or connection can place in a day, to stop abuse.
• We may cancel an order we cannot verify, suspect of fraud, or cannot fulfil because the item is no longer available. A paid order we cancel is refunded in full.

The methods offered at checkout are the ones that apply to your order. Currently:

• Cash on delivery, in Lebanon only. Pay the courier the order total on delivery.
• Bank transfer, local or international. We send the account details and a reference after you order.
• Whish Money, by transfer or by a payment link we send to your email and phone.

Orders paid by transfer or link are prepared once the payment reaches us, and may be cancelled if it does not arrive. We do not take card payments on the site and never ask for card details.

Delivery rates, times and customs are set out in Shipping & mail-in. The product becomes yours, and the risk passes to you, when it is delivered.

You can cancel free of charge until the order ships: email info@gpudoctor.com or WhatsApp +961 76 941 100 with your order number. Anything already paid is refunded in full. Once it has shipped, the 30-day return policy applies instead.

Products can be returned within 30 days under Returns & refunds, and they carry the warranty described in the Warranty. Your rights under Lebanese consumer law are not affected.

• The trade-in price shown on the site is an estimate from the model and the condition you describe. The final offer is made after we inspect the card at the workshop.
• You confirm the card is yours to sell, and not stolen, financed or under a claim.
• If you decline the final offer, you collect the card or we return it at your cost.
• We pay once the offer is accepted, by the method we agree with you.

We may update this document when our services or the law change. The effective date at the top shows when our policies last changed; an order, repair or plan keeps the terms that applied when you placed the order, opened the ticket or bought the plan.
